We are working in partnership with Liverpool City Council to offer free activities for adults aged 19 plus with mild to moderate health concerns.

  • Create props for the Liverpool International Music Festival, Mondays 1 – 3pm until 3 August
  • Cycle around Sefton Park (a variety of cycles are available including trikes and tandems) Wednesdays 10.30am – 12 noon until 5 August
  • Prepare and cook a delicious meal to take home Wednesdays 1 – 4pm until 5 August

Sessions are based at Greenbank buildings on Greenbank Lane, L17.

Education and Curriculum Manager Anne Kinsella said:

“These sessions offer a great way to get out, meet people and try something new and don’t cost anything. Give me a call on 0151 733 7255 and I’ll be happy to provide more details or just turn up and register.”
