Greenbank College acknowledges that qualifications alone may not be enough to secure work and further supports learners by:

• Offering a guidance service to develop individual action plans with the aim of securing employment.
• Offering work placement opportunities as part of vocational courses where possible through established links with local employers.
• Offering employment related training courses for learners on vocational courses. Courses on offer include: City & Guilds Entry Level 3 Award in Employability and Personal Development and City & Guilds Level 1 Award in Employability and Personal Development.
• Offering work based projects on a contracted basis. Please check the Greenbank Employment Services website for details of current programmes.
