Course content

This course introduces learners to simple editing techniques along with organising and managing digital images

• Get the picture from your camera onto the computer
• Save and give your pictures names so you can easily find the one you are looking for
• Make those pictures look better
• Deleting unwanted pictures
• Add effects to your pictures
• Printing methods: How to get the most from your printer
• Introduction to digital storage: (CDs, DVDs, memory sticks, etc.)

Who is the course for?

Anyone who has taken a picture with a digital camera.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. You will need to be able to use the mouse and keyboard.

When the course is run?

3 sessions: Tue 8, Mon 14 and Tue 15 May – 9am-12 noon.
