Level 1 Hairdressing students went head-to-head (pun intended!) on Monday 7 December in a Christmas Hair Competition. The brief was to create a hairstyle around the theme of Christmas and they certainly got into the festive mood with their designs.

Tutor Beverley Mellor said:

“The competition is a great way for the Level 1 students to show the progress they have made in just one term. I’m really pleased with the creativeness of the designs and think they have all done so well.”

It was a difficult task to choose the winner out of all the fabulous designs. The eventual winner was Jarnah Ismail with her intricate glittery star design.
