This week’s workshop with the Pass It On Community Reporters explored video production. The group looked at the basic principles of camerawork, covering areas such as shot sizes, camera angles and camera movements. Using this new knowledge (and after a bit of camera training), the reporters went out independently to film a series of video interviews.

The video interviews have been recorded to tie into World Book Day that is happening next week on the 5th March. The Pass It On Community Reporters devised a list of questions that they put to various students and a member of the teaching team from Greenbank College about their favourite books. Check back next week, when the edits of these interviews will be blogged by the reporters.
