Thanks to Josh McMahon and Chris Cooper for coming in to chat to some of our Study Programme students about the Recruitment and Selection process at Liverpool One.

They provided lots of helpful hints and tips about the process and how to prepare for interview.

Josh, Corporate and Social Responsibility Coordinator at Liverpool One commented:

“It’s really important that local young people have the employability skills and knowledge that will help them move into the world of work. We know that interviews can be very daunting so it’s great to have the chance to come in and help possible applicants prepare for the process.”

Greenbank College Placement Officer, Tom Waddell added:

“It’s really useful for our students to have the chance to speak to employers informally and gain a better understanding of how they select staff.
