“Before coming to Greenbank College I was at an Academy secondary school. I was always one of those people who got their head down and got on with my work.

I knew that I wanted to get involved in the catering industry and that I’d like to be a Chef

and one day open my own restaurant. When I started at Greenbank College I was really excited to be able to have the opportunity to study catering.

The people and friends I’ve met at College are always really friendly and funny. I’ve also settled into my catering course well and get good feedback from other students and my tutors on what I make. I am particularly good at baking!

In the future I hope to achieve my dreams and work in catering. I hope to do the best I can throughout my life and maybe one day have a restaurant of my own.”
