The Transition Evening for foundation learners and their parents/carers is a fantastic opportunity to meet education, training and social providers in person and get first-hand information, advice and guidance to support your next steps.

Even if you or your young person is not leaving Greenbank in July 2027, it is never too early to start exploring opportunities and support services.
