👉 “Industry Visit”- Customer Service

👉 Our Level 2 Customer Service students were thrilled to be visiting the offices of Plus Dane Housing to see how #customerservice is delivered in the real work environment of #socialhousing
👉 Upon arrival, our learners got to use the visitor signing-in system and were given a full tour of the offices and facilities, including the #wellbeing room.
👉 They also got the chance to meet the Customer Access Team (CAT) and were given a presentation on the role of CAT within Plus Dane.
📞 They even got to listen to some recordings of typical calls from customers and reflected on how they might have handled the calls themselves, before finishing off with a Q&A session.
