Listen to what Emily had to say:“I have positively developed my skills in numerous different ways. For example, using the coffee machines to make hot drinks for customers or learning on-the-job how to approach Uber orders. I stepped out of my comfort zone when learning new skills such as being put on the till. I received constructive feedback from my managers which was beneficial in increasing my confidence and supporting me with an efficient way of working. I gained many positive social skills including good manners/communication. Critical thinking is also an essential part of the hospitality sector because it helps you to efficiently gather information.I have loved the placement and have gained lots of beneficial skills which will help me to progress to achieve my future aspirations and employment opportunties.Thanks to the Bagelry!”
