Choose Respect!

Linking in with #antibullyingweek2024 and our current safeguarding buzzword of ‘tolerance’, we had the pleasure of welcoming Natalie today from Local Solutions to talk about the power of making positive choices and choosing respect.

 

Natalie gave our learners plenty of food for thought by asking “What does respect mean to you?”, “tell me about a positive choice you have made today?” and our learners provided some insights into how the choices they make every day can impact others.

 

We explored the power of stepping away to diffuse negative situations and create positive change.

 

At the end, Natalie gave us some homework: create a ‘Wall of Respect’ for the college. So watch this space.
